Last OW swim moving to Tuesday

Since Monday is Halloween, we are moving our last open water swim to Tuesday. The "Wine and Cheese" swim will start at 1730 hours. After the swim, we will hang around the pavillion and watch the sunset (1850 hours) while enjoining some well earned wine and cheese (or gatoraide). You are welcome to bring your special treat or wine to share.

ITU Championship in Beijing

USA Team member and TriLewis Member Marc Dannis' race in China on Saturday ended abuptly in a bike crash. Marc suffered a broken right hand and has some stitches over his eye. I don't have any additional details yet, but we all wish Marc a speedy recovery
