HOLIDAY PARTY: A great evening! Thanks evreyone for coming out to celebrate with us.
RACING AND TRAINING: The 12th Annual is December 15th is next Sunday. Hope to see everyone there! There are plenty of other runs over the next few weeks including the Jingle Bell run this Friday evening.
With the holidays rapidly approaching, our weekend activities will be limited but we will do some and most of the mid week activities will still take place.
MONDAY EVENING STRENGTH (1800 hours) - Join us for some strength training in the TriLewis Garage Gym. Please email or text Coach Lewis if you plan to attend.
TUESDAY BIKE BRIDGE REPEATS (0530 hours) - Start from the Sailing Center at the base of the Sand Key Bridge and do a combo of hills and fast flats. Lights and helmets are required.
WEDNESDAY TRACK (0530 hours) - We run on the Osceola Middle School track.
WEDNESDAY EVENING STRENGTH (1800 hours) - Join us for some strength training in the TriLewis Garage Gym. Please email or text Coach Lewis if you plan to attend.
THURSDAY AM BIKE RIDE (0515 hours) – Meet at Panera’s on West Bay and ride to the Sand Key Bridge and back.
FRIDAY’S RUN (0530 hours) – Run 5 or workout in the garage. Both start from the Bardmoor Plaza parking lot.
SATURDAY RIDE (0630 hours) – No Saturday Ride this week.
SUNDAY DISTANCE RUN (0730 Hours) See you at the Holiday Half.
