RACING AND TRAINING: Beautiful weather but definitely getting warmer.
NEW ORLEANS: If you have made arrangements for Joan to take your bike, be sure to drop it off at Coach Lewis house on Wednesday. We will be packing around 1900 hours.
CLUB MEETING: Thanks for attending. Our next meeting will be soon after St Anthony’s or early in May.
WEEKEND TRAINING HIATUS: This coming weekend is New Orleans and Florida, the following is Easter and the weekend after that is St Anthony’s so we are not going to plan any weekend activities for the next few weekends.
OPEN WATER SWIM: The swim last Tuesday was very pleasant. We will schedule one again for this Tuesday.
MONDAY EVENING STRENGTH (1800 hours) – The garage waits. Please let Coach know if you plan to attend.
TUESDAY BIKE BRIDGE REPEATS (0530 hours) - Start from the Sailing Center at the base of the Sand Key Bridge and do a combo of hills and fast flats. Lights and helmets are required.
WEDNESDAY TRACK (0530 hours) – We meet at the Osceola Middle School track for 3 to 4 miles of speed oriented running.
WEDNESDAY EVENING STRENGTH (1745hours) – Join us for some strength training in the TriLewis Garage Gym. We are starting early so we can be done by meeting time.
THURSDAY AM BIKE RIDE (0515 hours) – Meet at Panera’s on West Bay and ride to the Sand Key Bridge and back.
FRIDAY’S RUN (0530 hours) – No garage workout this week since most of us are traveling, but if you want to run be at Panera’s at 0530 hours.
NO WEEKEND TRAINING SCHEDULED.
